What is cassava tapioca pellet?

Cassava Tapioca pellets are produced  from fresh cassava roots, using a heat and pressurized equipment.  They are 2-8 centimetres in length, with a diameter of 0.5-1.5 centimetre.  The moisture content is about 14%.  They are exported as animal feed, with starch content of more than 65%.  The pellets are therefore an energy source of energy for animals.
